Our AI Data Commitment
Trustin Technologies LLC (“Trustin Technologies”, “we”, or “our”) prioritizes client confidentiality and enterprise data isolation. Any corporate documents, databases, embeddings, or code submitted to our RAG platforms or custom AI software are processed under zero-data-retention agreements and are never used to train public language models.

When you submit a consultation request via our website contact forms, we collect information including your name, work email address, company name, phone number, location, project stage, and business problem description.
2. Use of Information
We use collected contact information strictly to respond to project inquiries, conduct strategy calls, deliver requested software proposals, and send relevant technical updates. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Enterprise AI & Security Architecture
Our custom RAG platforms and AI integrations utilize encrypted vector databases (Qdrant, PGVector, Pinecone), private VPC subnets, and role-based access control (RBAC). Client data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
